Pregnancy and birth are emotional as well as physical. We create a safe, nurturing space that supports the natural hormones of labor while offering connection, reassurance, and compassion, whether your birth is unmedicated or medically complex.

PHYSICAL SUPPORT

comfort & position changes

We use hands-on comfort measures including acupressure, counter pressure, massage, breathing techniques, and position changes to promote comfort and labor progress. We also support pelvic balance and help babies in less-than-ideal positions move through the pelvis more effectively.
