Our self-paced online course designed to prepare you for a confident, informed, and empowered birth experience—wherever you are! Choose an out-of-hospital class for more confidence & ability to make informed decisions about your & your baby’s care!

In addition to our online course, we also offer private and small group classes in Oakdale covering:

Birth Doula Services

Birth Doulas are skilled, trained professionals who provide non-medical support before, during, and shortly after birth—always honoring their clients’ unique preferences.

We offer educational, physical, and emotional support throughout the birth process, helping families feel informed, cared for, and empowered every step of the way.

The purpose of a birth doula is simple yet profound: to help women and their families have a safe, healthy, and deeply satisfying birth experience—on their own terms.

Postpartum Doula Services

Postpartum Doulas provide nurturing, practical, and educational support to birthing and adoptive families during the early weeks and months with a new baby. We assess the unique needs of each family and offer guidance and support in:

• Infant feeding (breast or bottle)

• Emotional and physical recovery from childbirth

• Infant soothing techniques

• Coping skills for new parents

Our services may also include:

• Newborn Care Specialists to care for the baby while parent(s) rest/sleep or shower/bathe

• Overnight support (night nanny) to help the whole family get more rest

• Light housework and meal preparation

• Support for sibling adjustment

• Being that extra set of hands in the busy household of a newborn

In a word—we are near the mother, offering steady, compassionate care as she recovers, adjusts, and bonds with her baby.

Lactation Consultant Services (IBCLC)

Lactation consultants are professional breastfeeding specialists who provide expert guidance and support to help mothers feed their babies with confidence. We can assist with challenges such as:

• Latching difficulties

• Painful nursing

• Oversupply or low milk production

• Babies who aren't gaining enough weight

Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is a simple, safe, and natural way to support postpartum wellness. Rich in essential feel-good hormones and iron, the placenta can be gently processed into capsules—allowing these nutrients to be gradually reintroduced into your postpartum body. Many parents report physical and emotional benefits, including increased energy, improved mood, and enhanced bonding with their baby during those precious early weeks.
